I move backwards. *sigh
The weekly update this morning indicated that actual waiting time for babies in the 0- to 12-month range has now jumped from 18 months to 20 months. Babies in the 12- to 24-month range are still at 19 months.
So much for November 2011 as my target. Looks like December or even January 2012 before I even get a referral.
Bummer
ReplyDeleteIt can always go back the other way ... and I hope it does!

Heather is right. Try not to be disappointed. So much can change (for the better, of course). :)

I am sorry that the wait times are increasing. I look forward to following your journey since we are considering a pilot program with WHFC. Best Wishes!
ReplyDeleteI am not looking into adopting a baby, but I remember they mentioned the increase awhile back in one of the conference calls. Do you participate in those? I don't participate, but later I like to go listen to them. They give a lot of into. Hang in there. You seem to be handling the wait pretty well. :-) Some said the first few months were the worst.
