Most of the time, doctors who evaluate the kids in Ethiopia estimate the age in whole years, not months. So, by having a range with a half year in it (18 months, or in my case 54 months), you wouldn't get a referral for a child who is "1" in their examination. So, even if you only raise your age to 24 months, you'd be opening up yourself for not only kids age 18-24 months, but also probably some that are 13-18 months. Just something to think about. I'm constantly wondering if our age range is set right!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1083596745742961960.post-6408788568098611232011-01-24T14:22:37.332-05:002011-01-24T14:22:37.332-05:00I know it's a step back, but it's also jus...I know it's a step back, but it's also just a month or two. And your baby may be born in THOSE months. And you when you receive that baby, you won't be able to imagine that it could have been any other baby.Steve and Laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07752396078847564287noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1083596745742961960.post-78793127567485670112011-01-24T12:52:25.167-05:002011-01-24T12:52:25.167-05:00Bummer, did they give any indication why they did ...Bummer, did they give any indication why they did this?smazourekhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03029180368325070266noreply@blogger.com
